You know which club... by TheEvilNae You know which club... by TheEvilNae
My husband suggested this to me when we heard about the purchase of LucasArts by Disney. It made me giggle so much I just had to draw it and share it with all of you. Hope you enjoy!

Spidey belongs to Marvel
Vader belongs to LucasArts
And both of them now belong to Disney

Yah know, after hearing Disney buying out the Marvel and Star Wars company it got me thinking. This is my theory but for me it makes sense.

I believe Disney bought out the 2 company's cause Disney couldn't create anymore good live action movies, even their Sitcom's aren't good. So I believe that they bought out these 2 just so they can stay big.

But anyways, love the picture.

Thank you.

Yeah, I can see it. An easy step so their brand identity isn't tied entirely to Disney princesses and terrible live action teen shows. A smart move really.

Yeah, also I found out something. Remember how Nickelodeon is abusing the Sponge? Well, I believe Disney is doing the same to the mouse.

Have you realize on how Mickey is appearing on baby stuff? I know Mickey if for everybody but here's the thing I notice about the mouse.

Mickey hasnt been he same since Walt died. Mickey has been extreamly nice like a happy go lucky kid. Along with the rest of the cast. If you watch Micky Mouse Club House, then you'll see what I mean. Donald rarely drows tantrums, Pete is less of an antagonists, and they rest change.

But that's just my theory.

Spidey is a beast, so it's totally understandable! Hahaha
When I was in like 5th or 6th grade we were too broke for the cool character school supplies, so I clipped all of the Spider-Man comic strips from every Sunday paper for a whole summer and glued them to my plain Jane binder and notebooks. I thought it was the coolest, but my tiny number of friends seemed to hint at something else. Their loss! Lmao

Mine was covered in sharpie drawings and doodles I taped all over it, so I know the feeling. People just don't know how cool we are.

We were just ahead of our time, man. So far ahead of our time.
I'm not gonna lie, it's bittersweet seeing that superheroes are considered pretty cool these days. I'm like, "DUDE second and third grade girls (and some boys too) were constantly calling me gay because I liked comic books and wouldn't play with me! Where was this coolness when I was growing up, because between comic books and playing Pokemon I would have been a LEGEND!" Lmao

Ugh, I know the feeling. I didn't get into comic books until I was in high school (do to a very very small town with no such things to be found) but I had the same thing with my love of scifi and fantasy books and the librarians knowing my name. Bittersweet is definitely the word. We had to suffer for geekiness... Kids these days don't know how good they have it. *cue old lady Nae waving her cane*
